Description

Within the framework of the OPKK project "Development of the System for Monitoring the Status of Species and Habitat Types" - GROUP 9: "Creation and Development of Monitoring Programs for herpetofauna with capacity building for stakeholders of the monitoring and reporting system", a gap analysis was performed to identify knowledge gaps. The dataset consists mainly of the Ministry's own data for reptile and amphibian species from Croatia listed on Annexes II, IV and V of the EU Habitats Directive, with the addition of publicly available data that was considered for the analysis by the subcontracted party.

Data Records

The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 24,972 records.

This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.

Versions

The table below shows only published versions of the resource that are publicly accessible.
